I would recommend this hotel
It was a nice hotel. The employees there were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. I will especially mention Ahmed Khelid from the bar and Basem from Booking.com They were extreemly helpful. It was always clean and tidy rooms.
I think the dinner buffet was little varied. Pretty much the same dishes every evening. The lunch in the food court was great.

Nice but needs some improvements
Food and room service were good. Beach was very nice. Location was very convenient as the hotel is in the city so you can go out walking or shopping at lower prices than the hotel’s shops. The staff was very helpful and met all our requests promptly.
There is no machine coffee anywhere except in the reception bar. None in the restaurants or beach bars. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. Only shower gel. The animation program is very poor. No aerobics or aqua gym. Only one girl passed by us everyday saying that there was no program for that day for some reason. The daily show was very late at 945 to 10:15.
